Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of pre-order rugs, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. We kindly ask that you measure your space carefully and double-check all details before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order up until 7:00 PM Budapest time the following day after placing it to receive a full refund.
