Whether your rug is in stock, made to order, or fully customized, we ensure it reaches you safely and securely.

Stock & Shipping Locations

•  In-stock rugs are shipped from Budapest, Hungary.
•  Made-to-order and custom rugs are produced by our artisan cooperative in Marrakech, Morocco.

Your rug will be shipped from one of these two locations.

Customs & Duties:

• Shipped from Budapest (EU): No customs duties apply if you’re located within the European Union.
• Shipped from Marrakech (non-EU):
  These rugs are priced to reflect customs duties.
  You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying these duties upon delivery.
  This allows us to offer authentic Moroccan rugs at more competitive prices.

For In-Stock Rugs

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• You’ll receive a tracking number once the rug has been shipped.       

For Custom-Made Rugs

• Each rug is handcrafted upon request by our skilled artisans in Morocco.
• Production time: Usually 3–8 weeks, depending on size and design.
• Estimated total delivery time: 2–5 months (production + shipping).
• For custom sizes and timelines, please contact us at customised@knotandhue.com.
• Once completed, the rug will be shipped and should arrive in 3–7 business days.
  A tracking number will be provided once it's on the way.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
• We are not responsible for customs clearance delays.
