Refund policy

You can return any non-custom item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
No explanation needed.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

To initiate a return, email us at info@knotandhue.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Customers must provide proof of return, such as a shipping receipt.

If we don’t receive a return notice within 14 days, the sale is considered final.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note:

• Custom-made rugs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• For orders outside the EU, returns are not accepted due to customs regulations and logistical limitations. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
